    Leica E72 Circular Polariser for lenses with a 72mm filter thread size. Leica's new line of circular polarising filters  designed to eliminate undesirable reflections from shiny surfaces like water or glass and help to enhance colour contrast without impacting image quality. Do note that depending on how the polariser is set, there will be some degree of filter factor that reduces the amount of light coming through the lens, necessitating some exposure adjustment if working in manual mode. They are manufactured to the same optical standards and with the same aluminium used in Leica M lenses.

    • The filters are multicoated high grade optical glass to reduce internal reflections, and are lighter than their predecessors thanks to aluminium versus brass construction.
