Shimoda Rain Cover for 40 & 60L Backpacks

A lightweight and water-resistant rain cover designed to protect your backpack from nature’s elements. The '40-60' size fits backpacks from 40 to 60 litres in volume. The Rain Cover has extra volume to accommodate and protect commonly used tripods, and it secures to the pack at three points: to the top handle, and to both sides of the waist belt. When not in use, the Rain Cover compresses into to a small self-contained pouch for easy storage.

TRIPOD FRIENDLY - Sized with extra volume to fit over tripods attached to the backpack.

3-POINT ATTACHMENT - The Rain Cover securely attaches to both sides of the belt and then to the top handle. This 3-point anchor system ensures the cover stays on in harsh, windy weather.

WATER-REPELLANT TAFFETA SHELL - Our rain covers are made from Polyester 185T Taffeta with a Durable Water Resistant 1500mm coating. This lightweight material sheds water quickly and protects your pack. The water-resistant shell helps water roll off your rain cover with ease and also allows for easy cleaning.

BOLD, HIGH-VISIBILITY COLOR - Our Blue Nile color provides easy sighting in low visibility weather, while not being overly bright in less weather-intensive situations.

COMPACT FOR EASY STORAGE - The Rain Cover self-stows in its own built-in pouch for easy portability.
