    The Short Spike and Rubber Feet Set from Gitzo consists of two different diameters of 30 and 38mm both of which can slip over the stainless-steel spike, to prevent the tripod from sliding on smooth surfaces. The high-resistant rubber foot slips off and exposes the stainless-steel spike, so it can be placed into sand, grass, or mud to stabilise the tripod further. Additionally, the set of feet and spike can be used as spares or replacements of the originals.
