And you don’t need a Leica M 3 to capture it - though that would be nice, too…
The decisive moment I captured this morning was done by opening a drawer and looking down. This is the sort of sight that would send Cthulu mad - a nest of feral cords that have bred themselves into a knot. It can happen in any studio or workroom.
I do not judge. I know how this sort of thing happens. I have Red Dot tubs full of old phone chargers and dead adapters that clog my workshop shelves and it is only going to be the council verge day that saves me.
Short of this, though, finding a way to keep the actual working cords in order is an urgent necessity - and I think it is going to need a few $ 23 packets of Red Whips to do it.
ThinkTank are to be congratulated on the greatest brand name coup of the century. Once heard-never forgotten. The sort of thing that spawns any number of lame jokes but serves with every one to drive the name further into the consciousness.
Would that all photographers could find a name, image, or phrase that instantly identified them. It would be their fortune made.
Don’t go and buy the red Whips from the Stirling Street Shop until I have gotten enough for myself. I can hear the clutter drawers thrashing in the night and it is either tame them or go under.
