Are you passionate about storytelling? Do you believe in challenging stereotypes and promoting positive messages about ageing? If so, we invite you to participate in the "Life in Pictures" short film competition, presented by Revelation Perth International Film Festival.
About the Competition: "Life in Pictures" is an innovative competition aimed at sparking discussions around ageism and celebrating the beauty of growing older. Filmmakers of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to submit short films up to three minutes in length that explore ageism or promote age-positive messages. Whether you're a seasoned filmmaker or just starting out, this is your chance to share your unique perspective on ageing and inspire others to see it in a new light.

How to Enter: Visit https://revelationfilmfest.org/lifeinpictures/ to submit your entry and access the online entry form. There is no cost to enter, and multiple entries are welcomed.
Prizes: Winners will have their short films featured at a special presentation event during the Revelation Perth International Film Festival in July. Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
Free Workshops: Interested in joining the Life in Pictures conversation? New to filmmaking, or need to brush up on some skills? The documentary form is easy to work with and doesn’t require an extensive filmmaking kit. Join Life in Pictures Co-ordinator Keith Smith as he draws on many years of teaching film practice to get you excited about docu-storytelling. Get some storytelling tips, hands-on practice and share your ideas with like-minded film adventurers.
